OD Approved!

Alhamdulillah, after about 11 days of submitting our OD application, it has been approved yesterday by CIMB! Not bad considering banyak public holidays in the early February. Anyway, we went to CIMB today to sign all the relevent documents and agreement to proceed with the next stage which is opening a new current account for each ODs. When everything is done, we'll have to wait for the OD to be disbursed into the current account. And that will take like maximum 14 working days. We got 90% OD out of our total sijil ASB. Senang cerita, bagi la maximum masa sebulan untuk semua mende settle in terms of applying for OD/ASB nie. 

In the mean time, aku dah start tengok auction listing for February and so far blom nampak yg menarik lagi la. InsyaAllah, kalo ade yg menarik March nanti, aku akan mula beli auction property aku yg pertama. Harap2 semuanya dipermudahkan Allah. Amin.
